More like Non-Motivation
Body journey, I felt like I was in control of my body.
I could work out and it would make me feel great. It definitely hurt during the work out. But the reward after? It was amazing.
I haven’t been to kickboxing in two weeks since I graduated from the 6 week challenge.
That is horrendous. I thought I needed a break like I have been going to hard at it.
Well not at all. Because with fitness you cannot take breaks! You will fall behind. Such as I have.
If anyone has any motivational ways to help me get back in my groove, I would love to hear them! Some people just need a little push.
