There are some amazing products that got me through this pregnancy. I literally wouldn’t be able to live without them! This blog is going to be about certain apps and products I used that really helped me survive! I will definitely continue to use most of these even after pregnancy. Everyone has something that makes their life a little easier, and if I can help someone through pregnancy or just life, then I will feel super accomplished! I hope some of these items might work for you guys! They might even work if you aren’t pregnant. Which is also fine! I will leave links on the photos if any of these interest you!

First item I am going to start with, has a little bit of a history with me. It has actually helped me with so many other million things. Meet Judy, my pillow pet. YES, I am so dead serious right now. This pillow pet has brought so much relief to my life, and is definitely a crutch for me. It goes everywhere I go if I am going to be gone for more than a night or two. I never thought I’d become attached to an item like this. But it has gotten me through so many traumas. I will say this has been one of the best in my pregnancy. I don’t know about you guys but I don’t really like the pregnancy pillows. They are really bulky, I can’t really cuddle with my husband, and I get hot like really easily. I simply use my pillow pet to prop my stomach up. It is like the perfect size. It’s also the perfect lower back pillow, and neck pillow. You get all the best of worlds with this one. You can pretty much find a pillow pet at any bedding store, Walmart, Target, or Amazon. Amazon is probably the best by yet to buy them off of! I have had mine for A LONG TIME. My best friend bought me this one for my 18th birthday, I am now going on 25 in August. Judy has been with me for almost 8 years. She is still trucking along! Click here for Amazon options!

Next product I want to share is called Body Dew! This stuff is sooooo great for dry skin. It has a TON of different uses also. This company called Pure Romance sells this bad boy! Fun fact, I worked for Pure Romance for about 2 years as an advanced consultant. I LOVED it, but when I became pregnant, I could only handle one job. So I let it go for the time being, so I could focus on my blog and my day job. Body Dew is a silky body oil that moisturizes without leaving that oily feel, and leaves the skin feeling silky and soft. IT’S TOTALLY TRUE TOO! It’s also great for sunburn, tattoos, and after shave. I have used it my entire pregnancy on my stomach and back the most. My back is already very dry, but now add in all the stretching of the skin from my little squish, this stuff works wonders in keeping the skin hydrated. No it doesn’t prevent stretch marks, but stretch marks isn’t one of my main worries at all. I’m embracing it. I just apply a good amount once I get out of the bath or shower and on the plus side, it smells so freaking good. It comes in a few different scents. The one I am holding in the picture is Green Tea, which is actually a retired scent. I promise you will love the other scents though! Click here to check it out!

These leggings are THE BEST LEGGINGS I HAVE EVER PURCHASED! I found these on Amazon in a 2 pack! The are seamless, but they fit and contour the body so well. They also hug my enormous bump so well. The problem I have had with buying leggings as a pregnant woman and as a normal non pregnant woman in general, was that the leggings would fall down. This would cause my crotch area to chafe, and certain ones would make my butt look saggy or be really long near my ankles! I HATE it! But these right here, they fit amazingly, and they will definitely be the pairs I’m wearing after birth to! That way I’m comfy, look extra curvy, and it holds everything together! Click on the image to take you to the exact spot where I found them! If you purchase, let me know if they are just as great to you, as they were to me!

The next few things that were SUPER helpful to me was the Ovia Pregnancy App, Baby Center App, What To Expect App, and Baby Pics App.

My Ovia Pregnancy App is probably my most favorite app. Before I got pregnant I was using the Ovia Fertility App to track my cycles and symptoms while trying to get pregnant. Once you do conceive you mark it in the app, and it will take you to Ovia Pregnancy to download. You can find this in the App Store on iPhone and I’m sure you can find it on the Google Play store also for my android users! It gives me cute updates every week, like how big my baby’s hands/ feet would be if they were to place them on my screen, the size of them by using objects and food as a comparison, I like to normally keep it on the foods but I thought the basketball goal was a funny one! There is different themes you can use, and if you click on the baby icon, it will give you a full summary of the week you are in! The app also gives you articles weekly to stay up to date with that mommy knowledge!

The Baby Center App is almost the exact thing as Ovia except a little bit of a different layout! It’s one of my back up apps for my pregnancy and always gives me cool facts and polls to take. It has a lot of similarities as Ovia!

What To Expect App is also great if you are trying to find other moms, or advice! I mainly use my What To Expect app for the April 2020 Babies Group I am in! There are a ton of moms that get on there and ask questions and give advice. Most of the time it’s SUPER helpful.

Lastly the Baby Pics App is what I use to put all those cute sayings on my pregnancy pictures, like “12 Weeks, baby is the size of a lemon”. Those little cutesy things. I enjoy doing it! After like 18 weeks, I just got lost in the rest of the stuff I was doing and haven’t done one in a little bit, but I know after he gets here I am going to be using it like crazy! This is an example of one of the ones I did a while back!

So all in all I really hope some of these are helpful for some of my fellow pregnant sisters, or if you aren’t pregnant, like all of these should do great for you also! Let me know if any of these things help you or comfort you! They really did wonders for me!
